..::Shipping::.. All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. All orders shipped via standard delivery (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States excluding P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, or according to availability of stock.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS)
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

..::Return::.. In order to keep low price, we no longer honor unconditional return within 7 calendar days policy, and new return policy will be enforced as of April 1, 2009.
All returns must follow the following steps:

Contact us for RMA# and shipping instruction within 7 calendar days from date you received.

All returns including defected item(s) must ship at the customer's expense and return within 7 caldendar days from date you received.

No refunds or exchanges are given on closeout (sale) items.

Return must be shipped back to us in original condition within 48 hours upon approval.

For example, once you sold a product to a customer, it is no longer original condition. Therefore, you can't return it.

There will be 25% restocked fee for approved packages except manufacture defected item(s). The handling fee is assessed to help defray the costs associated with receipt, processing, inspection, repackaging, and paperwork processing to provide the credit and reenter into the inventory system.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for refund to be processed and credited for store credit.
